SR-5.5VSD: The Quiet Enclosure with a 100L Pressure Vessel

At the heart of this system is a user-friendly Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), seamlessly integrated into the drive unit for a straightforward and intuitive operation.

Designed as a 220V inverter-driven unit, the SR-5.5VSD is perfectly suited for sites with a 220V power supply, requiring only a standard 15 Amp to 20 Amp power source. Rigorous testing confirms its exceptional efficiency, maintaining a power draw below 12.8 Amps, even when operating at 8 bar pressure with a 1.5mm extension cable. The built-in Variable Speed Drive (VSD) features a soft-start mechanism, protecting the 220V electrical system from sudden loads, thus enhancing overall stability and reliability.

SR-7.5VSD: Power Meets Efficiency

Introducing the SR-7.5VSD, the more powerful counterpart to the SR-5.5VSD. Operating at 220V with a 7.5HP variable speed drive system, this model delivers superior performance. It comes equipped with a larger 200L tank, providing an extended air supply to meet your demands.

Building on the success of the G2 models, the SR-7.5VSD features an upgraded touch-screen PLC system, offering enhanced control and monitoring capabilities with an interface you’re already familiar with.

Like the SR-5.5VSD, this model includes a soft start system that minimizes strain on the 220V electrical supply. A standard 25 Amp breaker is more than sufficient to power this unit to its maximum RPM and pressure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation throughout its use.

WIDE RANGE

WIDER RANGE of models offer a small compact solution that competes with a similar sized piston compressor. Motor powers range from 5hp up to 7.5hp and tank sizes from 100L up to 200L.

MEDIUM DUTY

Pressure capabilities suitable for working from 8 Bar to 10 Bar max operating pressures. Powerful efficient and silent, only delivering the air you need when you need it. A solution that is an excellent alternative to a piston compressor for both home and small business use.

SR-5.5VSD

Being a 220V inverter driven unit, it is perfect for a 220V site and only requires a standard 15 Amp to 20 Amp supply.
The soft-start of the VSD ensures no sudden load on the 220V system ensuring stability of the electrical supply system.
During testing it never exceeded 12,8 Amp draw on a 1,5mm extension cable at 8 bar pressure.

As with the SR-5.5VSD model, the soft start system is easy on the 220V electrical supply, and a standard 25Amp breaker is way more than what is needed to run this variant up to full RPM and pressure.
The bigger brother to the SR-5.5VSD also runs at 220V but with a 7,5HP 220V variable speed drive system and is mated to a 200L tank.
It also has the upgraded touch-screen PLC system that you are already familiar with on the G2 models.
