ENERGY SAVINGS

Developed in collaboration with Delta, our custom inverter is meticulously engineered to withstand higher temperatures and harsh environments. The power inlet circuit has been specially designed to enhance stability, even in conditions of power fluctuation. Tailored specifically for the matching PM Motor, the inverter optimizes motor management, ensuring maximum power savings across the entire RPM range. Thanks to our partnership with Delta, global support for these inverters is readily available, ensuring reliability and peace of mind wherever you operate.

FLOAT SWITCH

The standard auto-water-level switch automatically regulates the water supply to the compressor's cooling and lubricating systems, ensuring consistent temperature stability throughout the operation.

Single-Screw AIR-END

The single-screw air-end is precision-crafted using advanced Japanese processing equipment. Featuring a stainless steel rotor, it is integrated into a symmetrical assembly with two polymer star-wheels. This innovative design effectively cancels out radial and axial forces on the bearings, significantly extending their lifespan.

DIRECT DRIVE MOTOR STRUCTURE

Engineered specifically for oil-free screw compressors, the IP54 Permanent Magnet Motor is directly coupled to ensure maximum power transmission and energy efficiency. With a higher service factor and options for IE3 or IE4 rated models, this motor delivers enhanced reliability and superior performance.
